Ursuline Sisters of Mount Saint Joseph

2010 Alumnae Memorial Mass

The Alumnae Memorial Mass on Nov. 6 drew 24 alums along with the Ursuline Sisters to remember students and faculty of Mount Saint Joseph Academy who have died in the past year. Msgr. Bernard Powers presided over the Mass, and said the act of remembering is one of the greatest acts of the human heart.

“Our Memorial Ceremony is complete only if we entrust to God those who have gone before us. Thus, "Let our loved ones who have gone before us…. become our gift to God until we who give become the gift given,” Msgr. Powers said during his sermon. To read all of his comments, click here.
