Mount Saint Joseph Conference and Retreat Center Director
The Mount Saint Joseph Conference and Retreat Center in northwestern Kentucky seeks a Director to develop educational and retreat opportunities to further the Ursuline mission.
Responsibilities:
Develop opportunities that include spiritual direction, the arts, efficient utilization and preservation of our environment.

Direct retreats at the Center when needed

Serve as the Director of the Office of Spiritual Life for the Diocese of Owensboro

Direct responsibility of operations of the Center including Hospitality, Scheduling, Food Services and Housekeeping.

Setting:
A 79-bed facility along with spacious conference rooms is located at Maple Mount, Ky., on the Motherhouse campus of the Ursuline Sisters of Mount Saint Joseph. This tranquil country setting includes a farm and park.
Qualified candidates must have five years experience in the area of administration, preferably a retreat center; must have a reverence for and appreciation of the role of spiritual direction in the development of a mature spirituality; experience in giving retreats and directing spiritual programs.
